I opted for the 4-day plan to Munnar, and I must say that Sams Holidays provided an excellent package at an affordable price. Every aspect of the trip, including accommodation, food, and travel, exceeded my expectations, and their consistent follow-up demonstrated a high level of care. Our group, consisting of 11 members, thoroughly enjoyed the experience and created wonderful memories. I have contacted Sams holidays for 4 days, 3 night family trip to Munar. Ms.Jhansi, has planned the itinerary very well suiting the kids. She was able arrange the trip in our budget range without compromising much on quality. She used to call us atleast twice a day to check how the trip was going. One of my friend family was travelling from Cochin to munar in late night and reached munar in the late night, (1.45 AM). She was awake till that time to ensure the guests are reaching the hotel safely. such a commitment. Kudos.. looking forward to have few more trips with sams holidays in future.

Seriously, I said Ms. Jancy Mam was an excellent person I had never seen before. I was planning to visit Jakarta previously, so I want help with the ticket and hotel booking processes.
